Not just for athletes, this style of massage is more specific in that the focus is on assessing and addressing areas of the body that may be imbalanced. The end result is to hopefully assist in maintaining better movement and posture in any and all activities.
Integrative Energy Work
Our therapists are Reiki certified and knowledgeable in other various energy modalities. We understand that true healing comes from a source deeper then ourselves. If desired we are more then willing to integrate energetic techniques into our bodywork.
About the Therapist
Kaci is a gentle soul on a mission to spread light and health to all those in which she crosses paths. Whether it be just friendly, inspiring advice or professional bodywork, her goal is to uplift and improve quality of life in others. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner and is constantly striving to increase her knowledge and capacity for healing. When not working or studying she enjoys engaging in various hobbies such as; herbs and plant medicine, hiking and/or exploring nature, art, music, crafting, and traveling.
